Designed to
ensure a precise and continuous feeding process at a desired flow rate
and and accurate batching of various raw materials according to set
recipes, Leader WF weight feeders find application in such industries
as concrete, metal, chemical, grain and food.
FIXUM
CQ weighing unit, used with feeding belts, collects the weight data
from the load cell and the speed data from the encoder mounted on the
tension idler. Based on the PID (proportional, integral, derivative)
control principle, the motor speed is adjusted to such a value that the
set flow rate is secured. The instant flow rate is then transmitted to
the central control system either digitally or analogue. Thanks to the
motor speed control a raw material flow at a set rate can be achieved.
The
operating status, target flow rates, instant flow rates, total amounts
of material, error and warning messages can be displayed or set through
the indicator or if desired, through a PLC acting as the central
processing unit with a graphic-display operating panel connected to it.
